We are taking measures to minimise the risk of infection and encourage everyone to follow the health service hygiene guidelines at all times.
We would like to reassure all our customers and partners of our ability to continue to provide support and other services during this outbreak. In the event that we are unable or advised not to undertake site survey, installation or maintenance visits then we will inform the affected customers as early as possible to make alternative arrangements. Where our personnel are unable to travel or attend their normal place of work, we have put measures in place for them to engage in remote working, and to attend meetings and other events virtually, to allow our activities to continue as normally as possible.
