We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our growing, leading-edge company specialising in the delivery of marine data and services.
OceanWise has established itself as a leading provider of Environmental Monitoring Systems and marine mapping products both in the UK and around the world. We pride ourselves in being a friendly and open team where all ideas are appreciated and listened to.
You will join a team providing the best service for our clients in the Ports, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy and Marine Scientific sectors.
Your work will involve day to day administration of our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and quality; handling calls, emails and shipping logistics as well as data entry and supporting other teams with administrative tasks, including the mapping and marketing teams and internal auditing.
You will be based at our office in Alton, Hampshire. The role will be 20 hours per week, with those hours being flexible. We are offering a salary of £28,000 FTE.
Personal experience and attributes
Confidence with computer applications is essential as all our systems are online. An understanding or experience with CRM systems would be advantageous, however full training will be provided. Excellent communication (written and oral) skills required and attention to detail will be key to the success of the role.
Must have right to work in UK already.
